Tips: Material should be submitted neatly and professionally with as good a quality of recording as possible; songs need not be elaborately produced (voice and guitar/piano are fine) but they should be clear; songs must be well constructed, lyrically tight, good strong hook, interesting melody, easily remembered, i.e., commercial!!! It’s a plus if you are a self-contained artist (i.e., singer and songwriter) who has written several songs, not just one or two. Furthermore, it’s best that you have your own financial backing with corporate sponsorship or that of your family.
